Plate cutting

We have a range of different cutting machines, with flexible programming capacity and skilled workers, who can deliver detailed products in your desired quality of steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Our three oxygen- and plasma machines in addition to our water jet cutter delivers over 15 000 tonnes per year of finished high quality goods.

Cutting of plates
We use "Omniwin" and "Igems" for programming.

Oxygen cutting:
Thickness max 250 mm
Width max 3 000 mm

Dry plasma:
Thickness max 40 mm
Stainless steel

Underwater plasma:
Thickness 3 - 40 mm
Width max 3 000 mm
Carbon and stainless steel

Water jet cutting:
Thickness max 70 mm
Width max 3 600 mm
Length max 12 100 mm

Plate cutting is performed according to ISOI 9013:2017 Table 7 class 2.
